Our return policy is only in English.

All our items are unique. That is why it can always be slightly different from the photos. Furthermore, the materials that ROOCY The Label works with are carefully chosen. If you still want to return something, please read the following carefully.

Attention: personalized items can not be returned. These items are specially made to the customer's wishes and we can not take them back.

⋆ If you are not happy with the ordered item we would like to receive, within 5 days after ordering, a notification by

e-mail of which item you want to return including the order number.

⋆ After receiving the order, you must return the item of which you are not satisfied with to us within 7 days in a well-protected envelope.

⋆ Returning items are at the customer's own risk. We advise you to send your package insured (€ 6,95). With this option you always have a proof of returning the item.

⋆ Please enclose a note in the package containing your name, order number, total amount and bank details so that we can help you quickly.

⋆ If we have received your package in good order, in original packaging and without damage, the purchase price will be reimbursed, excluding the shipping costs.

⋆ The refund will be paid within 14 working days.
